The rules & scoring

Use one standard 52-card deck: 25 cards on the board, 27 in reserve. Each turn, shift adjacent cards (burn 1), swap any two (burn 2), or draw a card and replace one on the board.

Choose a swap action, then select two cards. Tap your first card again to deselect it. Drafting reveals a card immediately; you must place it before doing anything else. Moves are final, and burned cards stay hidden.

Each row and column scores its highest poker hand. Aces are high or low in straights, with no wrapping. The last draft must be placed before scoring. An empty reserve ends play; you may freeze early. Unaffordable moves are disabled.
